Athlete 2: Isabelle

30 Snatches for time
Same weights

Athlete 3: Fran

21-15-9
Thrusters
Pull-ups
RX: (95,65)
Scaled: (65,45) Jumping pull-ups

Each individual athlete performs the entire workout they choose.
Team will be responsible for changing their weights on the barbell after Isabelle for Fran.
There will be a 15 minute running clock, score will be time to complete all 3. Any incomplete reps will count as :01 second added to your time.

Description: After Part 1

Then immediately into 6 minutes to establish a 1RM
Thruster, Clean and Jerk, and Snatch

One athlete does each, cannot be the same athlete snatching that did Isabel, can't be the same athlete Clean and Jerk who did Grace etc

15 Toes to Bar (Weighted sit-ups with a plate for scaled)
9 Front Squats

Partner B:
15 Cal Assault Bike
9 Toes to Bar
21 Front Squats

Partner C:
9 Cal Assault Bike
21 Toes to Bar
15 Front Squats

10 minute time cap

RX weight (185,135) Scaled weight (135,95) (35,25 for sit-ups)

For the front squats, the bar will come from the floor. It may be cleaned by the individual athlete or the two teammates at rest may lift either end of the bar for the working athlete to establish the front rack.

Workout 5

Name: Shenanigans


Description: 90 Wall Ball (20,14) (14,10)
70 DB Snatch (50,35) (35,20)
50 Burpees over planking teammate
30 Box jump overs (30,24) (24,20 step-ups allowed)

One athlete works at a time. Reps can be split however team chooses. Men's Wall balls to 10 feet and Women's to 9 feet for both divisions. DB snatch must be alternating.
