Name: Load


Description: With a running 6 minute clock, 1 partner has 3 minutes to establish one rep max clean. After the three minutes, partner 2 has 3 minutes to establish one rep max shoulder to overhead from the rack.

3 Snatch (135,95)
5 Overhead squat
7 Box Jump (24,20)
Then:
3 rounds of:
3 Cleans (185,135)
5 Front squat
7 Burpee over bar
Then: max rope climbs in remaining time

Scaled:
4 rounds of:
3 Snatch (95,65)
5 Overhead squats
7 Box jumps (24,20 step ups allowed)
Then:
Max rounds in remaining time of:
3 Cleans (105,75)
5 Front squats
7 Burpee over bar
Athletes must perform complete rounds then switch.
A squat snatch or squat clean on the third rep will count as the first overhead squat or front squat as long as squat breaks parallel.
Athletes will be responsible for changing their own weights when going from snatch triplet to clean triplet.

Description: Throw 6 cornhole bean bags. The amount of points dictate how many reps you subtract from the 75 wall balls. Your score is the amount of time it takes you to complete the wall balls.
