Name: Again Faster


Description: 7 Minutes for each athlete to establish a max load
1 Hang Power Clean + 2 Front Squats
Each partner will have their own bar but only one athlete working at a time. Each athlete is able to reattempt failed lifts. BUT remember only one athlete can work at a time. Use your time wisely!

200 M Run
15 Deadlifts
60 Double Unders
Rx: 225/155

Scaled: 155/105/Single Unders
*Partners alternate rounds (each completing 3) 
**All 200 M Runs must be completed together (must start and finish together)

*Reps are completed in a waterfall style (partner 1 completes reps of one movement and moves to the next; partner 2 can not move to next movement until partner 1 has moved on. WOD finishes with partner 2 completing 30 Cal Row)

Scaled: 65/45 (*Hang Power Snatch)

While Partner 1 is completing reps of Power Snatches, Partner 2 must hold the OHS at the bottom position for Rx and bottom of Front Squat position for Scaled.
