Event Description

CrossFit Subdued in collaboration with CrossFit First Down is excited to host our first competition together. It is a 3-person team competition; same-sex (male and female divisions); for intermediate level CrossFitters. All teams are guaranteed participation in FOUR events and the top 5 teams will move on to a final event (TBA at the event). All participants will receive a t-shirt from the event, and the top three teams will be awarded prize packages.

This competition is NOT for you if:
1. You are a Regionals level athlete or contender
2. You finished top 500 in the Open for your region
3. You are a novice athlete and still heavily scale most workouts
4. You are unable to complete most bodyweight exercises to a full range of motion.

This competition IS for you if:
1. You are able to hit Rx on some workouts at your box, but you still have areas to develop
2. You are generally comfortable with most CrossFit movements
3. You are fairly new to competing and would like to start with an intermediate level competition

There will be NO - Double Unders, Muscle Ups, Rope Climbs, Hand Stand Push Ups, Pistols, GHDs, Chest to Bar Pull Ups
